1. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds within 30 days for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Request Process

  • Email contact@galactictrove.com with order details, reason for refund, and photo proof of defects.
  • Return the product to our address (we cover return shipping if the fault is on our side).
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the product.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds for damages due to misuse.
  • No refunds if original packaging or accessories are missing.
